No. Every sample is a fictional lender we created to show a design working end to end. Names, people, NMLS numbers and reviews are placeholders and each page carries a banner saying so.
They are marked noindex so search engines do not confuse a fictional lender with a real one. Your own site is fully indexable.
Yes. They are the same working calculators your site gets: payment, affordability, refinance break-even, DTI and DSCR. Example rates come from the latest Freddie Mac PMMS average and are labelled as examples.
No. The sample applications and enquiry forms are demos: they validate and show a summary, but nothing is stored or sent. On your real site the form goes to your CRM or your secure application portal.
It keeps the layout, rhythm and features of the design, but your colours, logo, photos, copy and loan programs replace the sample ones.
Of course. Share the link. The banner at the top explains it is a sample design from Mortgage Website Shop.
The six samples cover purchase, FHA and first-time buyers, refinance and cash-out, VA, investor DSCR, reverse mortgages and a multi-LO branch.
Each sample is checked at phone, tablet and desktop widths with no sideways scrolling, keyboard navigation, and the same contrast checks as this site.
Choose the design, pick a plan, and send us your details. We do the rest.
