Common questions
Do VA loans really need no down payment?
Eligible borrowers with full entitlement can often buy with no down payment, subject to the lender's guidelines and the appraised value.
Do VA loans have mortgage insurance?
VA loans do not have monthly mortgage insurance. Most borrowers pay a one-time VA funding fee, which can be financed; some veterans are exempt.
Can I use my VA benefit more than once?
Yes. Entitlement can be restored or used again in many situations. We'll walk through your Certificate of Eligibility together.
